Okay, once we’ve got this far it’s time for a test drive. Take your car out on the road and see how your double din car stereo sounds.

Having tuned the stereo in your garage or driveway, you’ve only heard what it sounds like when stationery. Once you get out on the road there are a lot of external noises and interference that can effect your listening pleasure.

Hopefully you won’t notice to much difference, but when you do, make a note of it and make adjustments as needed.

Of course if you do most of your listening whilst stationery (parking anyone?) then you don’t need to worry, but if you’re like most people who listen whilst traveling from one place to another then this is an important step to take.

In the next few articles I’ll be looking at ways to reduce the impact of road noise and interference, so stay tuned.
